Orders placed before 17:00 GMT will be shipped within 2 business days. We will confirm the expected delivery date in your email once your order has been shipped.
Express delivery is unavailable to the following locations and standard deliveries make take up to two working days longer:
- The Scottish Highlands & Islands
- The Isle of Wight
When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.
Online returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date.
All items must be returned unworn with original tags attached, liner (for bags & belts) intact and accompanied by the original return form.
If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service department.
Please allow 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.
